HARRISBURG – During a joint session of the General Assembly, Gov. Tom Wolf unveiled his $36 billion budget, a $2.05 billion increase over the enacted current budget. In response, Reps. Seth Grove (R-Dover), Kate Klunk (R-Hanover), Dawn Keefer (R-Dillsburg) and Mike Jones (R-York Township), as well as House Appropriations Chairman Rep. Stan Saylor (R-Red Lion) issued the following statement:
HARRISBURG – Five local schools are receiving grants totaling $175,000 from the Pennsylvania Department of Education today to expand computer science programs for students, according to members of the PA General Assembly’s York County Republican delegation.
Going into the new year, my mantra is to take Pennsylvania from a good state to a great state. To that end, we in the General Assembly must build upon the achievements of 2019 and take advantage of the abundance of opportunity within Pennsylvania.
HARRISBURG – The York County House Republican delegation announced today that the York County School of Technology is the recipient of a $50,000 grant to improve career and technical education (CTE).
HARRISBURG – No tax dollar collected, held or spent by state government belongs to the government. The money belongs to the people who entrust elected officials to be fair stewards of their money.

HARRISBURG – Pennsylvania property owners now have another option to post notices prohibiting trespassing on their land after Rep. Dawn Keefer’s (R-Dillsburg) House Bill 1772 was signed into law. The law allows property owners to use purple paint in lieu of traditional signs.
